COFFEE DESCRIPTION

Anabella and Antonia Meneses decided to do something unique with their Red Typica varietal coffee. While their farm Santa Felisa already grows superb examples of Guatemala’s finest, they took it a step further with their innovative spin on washed processing called K 72. By soaking their coffee cherries for 72 hours instead of 20 they allow for a more developed fermentation to occur. The end result is spectacular. Delicate notes of watermelon and raspberry correspond with boysenberry and a balanced acidity to produce a tasting profile unlike any other coffee.
