As the second of two new Guatemalan Gesha varietals offered by our partners at Santa Felisa this coffee provides a whole new range of tasting notes. Having undergone the natural processing method its flavor dynamics are lighter and cleaner than our other Guatemalan Gesha. Notes of sugarcane, clementine, and orange peel sparkle in the cup, producing a fragrant, spirited personality.
While the variety and growing circumstances of this Gesha are the same as our other Guatemalan, the processing methods differ. Coffee cherries release different tasting notes based upon how they’re taken from cherry to green coffee bean. With new developments in the specialty coffee industry farmers are advancing coffee processing methods to points of unheard of detail.
