One of our favorite coffees, the Costa Rican Herbazu has always been a pleasure to drink. This year we worked with the Herbazu Estate to bring in something extra special, one of Costa Rica’s few Gesha varietal coffees.
Having undergone the dynamic Red Honey processing method, this high elevation Gesha scores very well on the cupping charts. Boasting tasting notes of brown sugar, sage, and citrus the flavors are dynamic and complex.
